I just can't break that 200 lb mark... BOOOO! Maybe it would help if I exercised and wasn't lazy! I was losing like crazy on phase 1... hit phase 2 and just went stagnant. WTH? This happen to anyone else? I am not eating that much... of course not as many vegetables, but not that much breads either, though enough of those SBD meals MADE FOR p2 and p3. Mostly sugar free everything too. I just don't get it!?!?
91,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 23,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I had the same thing happen!!!! Pissed me off! I stuck to the rules & still only lost 1# (2 weeks ago) & last week didn't lose any!! Made me a grumpy woman!! Have you heard the saying "If Momma ain't happy - ain't nobody happy" That was my house!!!! LOL.... I went & joined the gym & am getting off my lazy a.. I just don't like going to the gym. But I am finding this gym pretty nice! Not alot of people - I just hope they stay in business!!! I did sneek a peek at the scale this a.m. & I have lost so I am in a better mood. If you read any of my journal's I was a "bit" down in the dumps! But I am not losing control-- the little fat devil isn't getting a hold of me any more! I just imagine sweat drops as parts of a pound trying to melt together & equal weight loss!!! Keep it up girl you are so-o-o very close to the magic 200# mark!! YEAH BABY!!!!

Hang in there, it will happen for you. You have to believe that if you are doing it all right, it will show up on the scales. Sometimes it shows up in big lumps, all at once.. like a surprise present!

I always have to exercise when i go to phase 2 or i don't lose hardly at all. You will feel much better too!!
