I could really use some encouragement. I have been on a stall for a few weeks now. I know last week was lack of time, so I ended up having far more protein than fat...so that wasnt good. But I've also been doing the c25k, and it was like pulling teeth to even get out the door today. I'm not sure if my stall has me losing the drive, or the drive has me at a stall. I've been giving myself pep talks and trying to keep going for my goals, but right now I'm just not feeling it. But at least I can say this is the first time I felt like this since I started my wol. I dont know, just so motivation somewhere would be really great right now.
