Diario de jadenc, 03 ago. 07

I had my first fall today. I had a huge supper and my stomach hurts from it (wow, I used to be able to eat alot more before). i had sardines, low fat calorie reduced pizza, light ranch dressing (lol dont ask), and tuna salad... I guess the foods i chose werent that bad but this is a higher calorie intake than I'm used to for the evening. I guess I'll see what effect it'll have on me.

I am sure once the discomfort dies down that you will find your body will recover. Our tums now expect less - although our brains want more! I doubt if you will have put on much calorie-wise as it is only a one-off. I must admit to having mad days when I must have chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate - as you say in an earlier post, our bodies are just recognizing a lack - I am going to TRY to reach for jelly next time. You've made real good progress up till now so no great shakes in the bigger scheme of things! :)

just move your bady a bit morean you should be able to ward off the effects - I had some falls this week after being really dedicated - I'm trying to keep up the postive determined elf talk nd move my body more and more each week - running cycling walking with more of a deliberate - I'm movin to loose- attitutde - You've done amazingly well- you've lost so much - just look at your chart! steady and perfect - when you have a bit of a bad meal (not a whole day - and not the worst meal) just sweat it out that night or next morining and you should be good to clear the slate! chin up!
