My biggest advise is to plan ahead. I work full time as well and go to school part time and I find my biggest challenge is being home to prepare health-conscious foods. If I know that I won't be close to a kitchen or a health based restaurant, I bring some nuts along. The protein in the nuts will curve your hunger for a while. I hope this helps you out.
