I just started, but I find it's nice to cook chicken in batches (whole or just pieces). A side of steamed broccoli or stir-fried zucchini is tasty as well. I put plenty of butter on the zucchini to make it extra-tasty. I'm also looking forward to trying a garlic butter rubbed sirloin recipe I found in my Atkins cookbook later this week. It was served with salad with a light vinagrette in the book. I also like kielbasa and saurkrat which I think is induction-friendly. Two things I like to keep in my fridge for a quick meal are hard-boiled eggs and shredded chicken for a salad. One of my pre-Atkins Atkins-friendly favorite meals is salad is spring greens mixed with shredded chicken and ginger-soy dressing-- after a few weeks of Atkins I can add pine nuts which makes it even tastier. I also like tuna salad.
