I thought I did really well yesterday. I walked and worked. i ate 2 spoons of cheese cake and guess what I added weight or fin not loose the weight. I will weigh myself around the same time as I do eveyday. I did not sleep last night, maybe that could be a factor. I will wait to weigh myself again. I sould not have gained 1 lb!

So I weighed myself again and it was .6 less than early this morning.
Still a weight gains, could it be that I ate beef instead of chicken?
Today, only chicken and veggies
82,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
