Diario de Avid_eva, 30 jun. 12

9st 9 (half off at WW=9.12) I had a succession of cake eating, Fri at Vine with Donna, at Mark's leaving tea Sat, at Hugo's Christening Sun, and then I went OTT Mon on birthday cakes, ISB cookie,WW choc bars... and had another colic attack. Panic that hosp won't do op this Mon as needs to be not inflamed the week beforehand. So much for being super-careful! Talk about self-sabotage. Couldn't face eating Tue, then when I finally had a bowl of porridge, that set me off too:-( Luckily it calmed by Wed & I've been super careful since. This made for a not especially indulgent bday yest but so be it! And on the plus side,I had been in two minds about whether I really needed the op, so at least I'm now sure that I definitely do! So all set for an early start Mon, and an active weekend now to prepare for the two upcoming weeks of inactivity!
