This is my first weight entry in a month -- I have been traveling, and have not been very good about my diet. But, I am back now, and I intend to be better. I will begin again on Phase I -- wish me luck!

84,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg. Aún para ir: 19,1 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.

A whole month & only 1# *** WOW! that is VERY good! I look at the wrong food & it jumps on my bones!! LOL.... I'm glad to see you home safe & sound & ready to focus with us here at FS!! Welcome home girl!!
