Day 23: Havent lossed, havent gained. 129.6.. My waist is shrinking a little bit though. Im miserable again with that nagging pain in my left lower quadrant of my abdomen. I thought changing my diet would keep these supposed cysts at bay.. Other than the pain, I feel terrific!
