I got on the scale today, which I try to avoid doing daily, and found myself down a bit more! Yippee. I don't expect to lose daily. Apparently still learning how to eat so I am not above 20 total carbs a day, though it apprears that way on fatsecret. Going to work on 1 cup veggies at each meal and at least 4 oz of protein. I have done well on the protein, I think... and usually only have 3 oz of cheese a day... plus I have been trying to make certain I have two snacks a day. Yesterday I had 1 tbls of flaxseed meal twice thru the day.
