I have to say that I am not to upset about the little gain in weight. I put my jeans on this morning and had to put a belt on! Yeppers. I do see body shape changes happening too. I figure after my body gets a little more muscle on it, it will have to let go of the fat around the belly and love handle area. Legs are looking better and butt is starting to move up! Ha,ha. There is gonna have to be some time soon when this weight breaks and it starts to move down. But, I'll just keep on working at the gym and see what happens. Did a good core workout today and I'm starting to move up on reps and time on planks is at 1 minute each now, instead of 40 seconds, so I am getting stronger. We will see what happens.
