Well. I always find it interesting when you follow the diet plan- and it works! I added two small ( microscopic in my mind) pieces of fruit to my daily intake and BOOM! Results. It must be something of a deep internal desire to sabotage yourself or lack of self worth , perhaps desire to hurt yourself. That’s it destructive behavior causes diet failure! Ok. Today is a great day. Buddha would be proud. For me I have unlocked a deep seeded issue. Self worth v. Destructive behavior. Off to dwell on that!
