Diario de eightpac, 02 mar. 18

Ah Well, weight gained, was good, did not go to the gym though, maybe too much protein at night for little work I did. The only big difference yesterday is that I did not have any green tea. I am interested to see if this really holds true. So in the spirit of experimentation and laziness I will not exercise today and drink my green tea. Will see what happens. I will also need to study the extent to which this maybe a diuretic and extent to which it may boost metabolism.
127,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 26,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 40,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
