I don't know what happen to my body. Diet and exercise done as regulary, but the BW still increasing.... pheeeewww
71,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

you are diet in calorie surplus. Are you believe your calories everyday always in defisit? You are must evaluation again your programs 😀 keep fighting !!!!

Aah and again, are you weigh at same times? Because the best time to weigh is at the morning when you before eat anything.

or maybe there something goes wrong with your diet. evaluate every week is needed. the only person who knows who you are is definitely you. so, just check and recheck then evaluate. and dont take seriously for gaining weight.. just enjoy

I hope so Rikawu and Max.... because I already lost 12kg since Sep 2017. When I started, my BW was 83.6kg. I think it's time that my body need to do High Cardio exercise twice a week.
