Born to be Wild Challenge Weigh-in - Lap 3/6

My hubby is whisking me off for a romantic weekend away to the Brecon Beacons in Wales this evening, so I'm checking in a day early.

I'm a bit disappointed in achieving such a small loss in a week where I stuck to the plan 100% most days, and did more exercise than usual. However, up until this morning's weigh-in I hadn't lost anything at all, so I was very relieved when I stepped on the scales this morning. At least it is a loss, so I'm still heading in the right direction!

Woohoo... down into the 150's, so fabulous going there! Aw, I can fully understand your frustrations though when you know that you've put in lots of effort, but don't feel you got a big result out of it. The losing malarkey can be very strange, but I know that I've eaten way more than I usually would this last week... exercised more and lost more this week than the last couple of weeks added together. The exercise has probably helped... but I also wondered if the eating more did too. You have done brilliantly again this week though... so don't worry about it too much as you are doing absolutely fine! But I do wonder if exercising more means that we should eat more... I'm going to experiment this week, so will see what happens! Anyways, you have a fabulous weekend... you lucky thing!!! ;o)
