Diario de slimays, 20 feb. 18

Started rowing yesterday, I lasted 10 min, so today is 2 intervals of 10minutes. I’m happy with my progress, I have no pain ( big time back arthritis) and my mind is much clearer. I still am not back to where I started, nor is there hope for that— but to me there always is!!!
I’m going to a movie this afternoon with my daughter. I’m eating a Caesar salad before I go, I don’t want anything there. Tonight’s dinner is braised cabbage with our homemade garlic sausage, yum! Also making a ham steak for those not inviting in my cabbage dish.
104,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 33,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
