Day 8 Reinduction. Two pounds up, but TOM came today. It really doesnt matter how much water I drink, b/c I still gain the dreaded water weight. I usually cant put my jeans on comfortable during this time (when Im not on Atkins); this time around, they fit beautifully. I cant wait for the end of the week to weigh in again! I was 135.6 exactly a month ago on the first day of my TOM. Im 4 pounds lighter today.
