For the first time in a long time I've worked out nearly every day, ate well and drank all my water. Gained weight? COME ON FOLKS!
107,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

that's how it seems to work for me often too. don't get too discouraged. with this will come a week where you eat like crap, miss a few workouts and mysteriously lose 2 lbs.
