Messed up last weekend but I'm back on track now. My sister is joining my dad and I! That's good, because she's gained 20 pounds in the last month. She's taking medicine that makes her hungry all the time, but hopefully Atkins will make her lose that craving.

I used to be on medication that made me hungry all the time. It was horrible, like someone was nagging me all the time to eat crap I didn't want to eat. Cutting carbs helped me then, but the first week was torturous.
