I see I forgot to imput my weight last week so the kilo weight loss shown is from last week. A little disappointed this week as I haven't lost any weight but haven't tracked as been out for 3 lunches anď 2 dinners whiçh were difficult to input on FS but at least I haven't put any on. Have a busy week ahead so I will be using meals I have made previously which are in the freezer. I will have to remember to pull them out each morning as I know I am going to be late home most evenings this week. I am going to make keto bread and boil eggs for egg mayo and I have salami in the fridge which will do for lunches. Hope you have all had a wonderful week and are ready for the next. Keto on my friends.😎
