I've fluctuated my intake over the past couple of days, and decided that I'm now going to stick with ~1450 kcal per day. What I want to eventually get to is ~2000 kcal per day to maintain.
My ratio of Fat/Carbs/Protein is 20/20/60.
I've been working out twice a day - cardio in the mornings and weight lifting in the evenings. On tuesdays and thursdays, I go to the UNF stadium to do bleachers. Yesterday (my first day), I lasted 5 minutes. Tomorrow, I plan to last 6.
No cardio on Fridays, and leave the weekend for muscle recuperation.
