Phew! Finally getting the scale going in the right direction again. Really allowed myself to blow it BIG time on the food choices on Christmas Eve and Christmas. I had been down to 141.9 and shot right back up to 145.9. Yikes! That got my attention. So..... back on track. Phew! So glad! Here's to reaching our weight goals in 2018- Mine? 134.9
