ok....so I have been the same weight for 3 weeks now. I have added some nuts and some low carb treats so I will need to cut back on those. I am determined to lose another 10-15 lbs by the time my daughter graduates Jun 3. That gives me a bit over 7 weeks. I should have been able to get to 180 by then, but I haven't even been losing an lb a week. Saw podiatrist last week. He told me I had more than foot problems going on...probably spine again. So, foot brace to wear and he said I could ride the recumant bike. Maybe getting exercise will help. I have had energy and not way to expend it! So, here is to buckling down even more and adding some movement to my life.

I am sure it can get daunting to get stuck in a stall...been there. Are you going by total or .net carbs? I made the switch to total carbs, keeping them under or at the 20g's total and up'd my water, watched my sodium and maintained activity of some kind every day...it seems to be doing the trick! Are you part of Boot Camp? I thought I saw you there recently. If so, there's lot of ladies, with lots of experience that would gladly help. Hope you feel better soon. Stay focused and let us know how we can help.
