Not horrific. Expected. Today is a day off so I will workout - dentist - orange theory - then meal prep and house clean.
Hydration improved. Took Ollie my min pin to the vet yesterday and that was incredibly stressful but now we have a plan so that's a positive. He's so loved its hard to imagine my life without him.
Went to bed nice and early last night so I could be productive today. Still yawning it off. Time for coffee. My favorite coffee of the day.
