Well I had a great doctor's appointment on Friday, talked with her a lot about my weight loss goals and she gave me some tips on my food journal I had been keeping for her. Thn she gave me a lot of options she offers in her office such as protein bas and other "Crave control" bars. It might be something that I want to try but I am such a picky eater I bet I won't like them. But I was super-motivated o stick to my guns and eat even better than have (which is amazing for me in the first place). I talked to my mom about how I've been eating and she said "Your like a whole new Caroline!" and that made me feel really good that she was so supportive.
So Saturday came and my husband and I actually walked to the Gasparilla Parade from our house, about 7 miles round trip, and it felt awesome. Then saturday evening I started feeling like I was getting a cold. Now, I have a full fledged sinus infection. And at its peak yesterday, I only ate 3 scrambled eggs all day that my husband cooked and made me force down. I hate to lose a pund this way. I feel like shit now, like the flu but no throwing up thank goodness. I hope to be better tomorrow, but more possibly Wednesday cause I can't afford to miss too much work. We'll see how it goes. Today I have only eaten one cherry tomato and hubby brought me some chicken mcnuggets home for lunch(which I requested cause it was the ONLY thing that sounded semi-appealing) and I couldn't even taste them but I'm glad I did cause it'll probably be the only thing all day too.
