New personal best for running 2km today. A full 30 seconds faster than two weeks ago. My fitness has really improved over the last three months. Tomorrow marks 12 weeks since I joined the gym. I've been going regularly 4 or 5 times a week every week. The first two months, there wasn't much weight loss but my fitness improved. Over the last month, my fitness has improved a lot and the weight is really dropping away.
95,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 22,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
Perdiendo 1,3 kg a la Semana
