Today is 1st day of the 12 wk 30lb challenge. I'm ready! I been the flat with my weight for a while now. Not seeing any results. My zumba instructor said I need to kick it up a notch. WTH!? I ate three meals yesterday and went to bed hungry. Woke up hungry too. My hubby says its 80% what you eat and 20% what you do. Hmmm, he is making me upset with recommendations, Because I like to do Zumba and spinning. I try to get in at least an hour 5 days a week. Sometimes, i do two classes and miss a day. It depends on how I feel. The exercising keeps be sane and restores my emotional well being. Grateful for My fiber one, w/strawberries My hubby- lol My kids My housemaid (cause she is coming today) My quiet house while reading the newspaper My hubby cause he sent flowers to my mom when i couldn't get the online thingy working.

Good luck with the challenge. I'm doing the 20 pounds in 12 weeks challenge....I'm thirteen pounds down at the 7 week mark. You seem to be a lot more active than I am at this point - so you can do it! Good luck.
