Diario de Susi101, 21 oct. 17

My in between goal is still 7 lbs away......la dee da da. I have lost 12 pounds to date and I don't see much change in my body. :( Okay slight change but not as dramatic as I had hoped. I still fit into and wear my big clothes but they are a bit roomier than before... I mean centimeters roomier. Nevertheless, my mindset hasn't changed...there ain't no stopping me now.

I will start back swimming...after my two week injury I am ready to hit the water.
78,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
