It is Tuesday. Time to weigh in, and yet again, no change. Not even an ounce. However, I have been working out at the gym 5 days a week for 7 weeks now and it is beginning to show. My belt buckle is now considerably tighter and muscles feel stronger. I shaved another 10 seconds of my time for running 2 km (five laps). I have put a lot of work into my core muscles and that really helps. I can feel the six-pack of ripped abs hiding under the flabby skin (which is getting flabbier).
