Diario de TexasTom, 15 oct. 17

Following the heavy greens (as in a pound a day of kale/spinach/chard) Green smoothie "program" for 14 days now. One blender full of green smoothie for breakfast and lunch (never feel hungry) and whatever I want for dinner. Started it more just for overall health and to get more vegetables, but did not expect this much weight loss (especially week two) and just overall energy, almost quit coffee instantly and more. 87,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
