Not too bad considering my 31.22 g carb fest whilst waiting for the police at 4am! I still lost a bit 😁 and tho I was stressed, tired and in pain( all my normal carb comfort eating triggers)😁😁😁

For once, my house is tip top clean and organised, so I'm clearing out everyone's old clothes and shoes fir the charity shop.. got six black bags from yesterday
Had 9 hours uninterrupted sleep ( a bonus after the previous nite) .. gonna have a nice warm shower fir my joints.. raring to go😁🤗🤗
Plan 1)found an unused skipping rope , and a sports bra 😊.. so gonna have a try outside later 2)Seeing pain consultant tomorrow, so will find out about treatment plan and hopefully get the ok to use my exercise bike again 3) going out for carvery luncht today .. roast meat and minimal carbs 4) start my next fast after dinner.. should get my weight loss going again and help me avoid the office kitchen carb fest
