Well really could not expect anything different after my self indulgence last weekend, can't really correct all that in 3 days of eating well, but here's to moving forward:)

@T8U0 you crack me up lol its all good yes I'll take it as a NSV, he's very new in my life and if I hadn't dropped those 22 lbs not sure I would have been confident enough to attract him and feelin as great as I did on our date in my new size 16 jeans and new boots....yeah:)
