1st week of not eating 2-3xs my normal calorie intake as i was previously accustomed to. i dont even believe ive lost that much weight just doing that! im excited y'all! 😁 i wonder when ill stop losing weight just by doing this and will have to incorporate exercise to keep shedding the pounds
