Diario de peter the fat man, 29 sep. 17

Quite interesting, good news, but to be told your BMI is 36 and it was 35 the last time I checked about seven years ago, got me down, so now I'm on a push to try and drop it to an 'overweight BMI' because I had having this tag of being obese.
It really pisses me off, because I exercise at least an hour a day, and generally eat under 2k calories, drink is my sin though.
I have started working off this food pyramid rule now and it seems to be working as since I was on holiday in mid august I have come down 10lb, not bad, best progress I have made in at least five years. Limiting carbs seems to be an important thing for me, as I do have a penchant for bread, pasta and sauces, so hello Mr Salad, byebye Mr Chips!
