At least I've gotten below where I was before this last spike. I'm pretty sure the reason my average lb/day is slowly falling is I haven't gotten back to amount of exercise I was at before that week when one therapist was on vacation & the Physical Therapy room had limited hours. Also wondering if the recumbent elliptical/stepper is actually decreasing the number of calories I burn exercising because using it halves the amount of time I have for weight training.
