Once again I'm reviewing Fatsecert. I'm a 58 year old single man with Type 2 diabetis. My goal is to control my Blood Glucose Levels, first by losing weight through calorie intake. Closely monitoring my food intake and the effect it has on my Glucose Level. In doing so I'm establishing a heathier life style were my Glucose levels are controled. Not to much to ask for ....right?
