Diario de Toni Bourlon, 11 sep. 17

Sigh. Weight's up - somehow I managed to get zero exercising this weekend, AND yesterday was the first day in nearly 2 weeks where I didn't track. And today is DEFINITELY a Monday, my supervisor has sent me 3 emails so far telling me what I'm not doing right. And here's another one - you ever feel like your boss has nothing better to do than nitpick your work? Grrr, sigh. I'm just complaining, I'll be all right. Tracking today no matter what; probably won't get exercise after work but I did go for a short morning walk - that's something, right? This too shall pass.
