well one day and just under 19gm of carbs I had the full 20 planned, but was not hungry at snack time yesterday afternoon so just skipped it:) Got my exercise in and came well within my new RDI for the low carb diet. I have all my meals planned and all my shopping and prep done, so there is no reason to eat anything outside of my meal plan this week.
