Glad to have registered a loss. Final week in UK as leave early hours of Sunday morning but at least I will be in my own bed by midnight. Must make up keto food parcel for
the journey as airports and long haul flights are not good food wise. The scales toyed with me on Friday as they showed 65.9 don't usually weigh other than Monday but was trying to get below 66 before I left and it was my birthday over the weekend. I have one last meal out this week so need to make good food choices. My son (46yrs old) joined me on keto when I came back to the UK and in 11 weeks he has lost 13.9 kgs. He looks amazing but more importantly has learned the benefit of LCHF eating along with more energy and less aches and pains. If only I could persuade him to give up smoking..

Kommetjie, Southern suburbs Cape Town also heaven. I try and walk to the lighthouse and back each day (1 hr) if I'm not playing golf as it feeds my soul and helps to keep me fit.

Yes, I'm another fan of bringing my own food on trips. -- Re smoking, several friends have quit and stayed stopped "without really trying" by reading what they refer to as "the book." Now I can't find anything by that title, but after a bit of searching suspect they mean one of Allan Carr's books. Reviews say it doesn't work for everyone. Caveat: having method recommended by a parent wouldn't raise its chances of success for me or anyone I know. -- Have a lovely trip; lighthouse, walking, and golf indeed sounds like heaven!
