Well, I am down 1 pound since last Wednesday. That is OK by me. I like when the scales show I am down, but more when I know I am going down, and getting more toned and less fat. My clothes fit me so much better and now I am actually wearing clothes that I haven't been able to wear, for more than a year, probably more like 2 years. So, this LCHF way of eating is working very well for me.
