Diario de Sampoblado, 06 abr. 12

Weight isn't dropping like it was the last couple weeks, even though I've stayed on track. BUT, I am getting smaller & it's very noticeable in the way my clothes fit. People are commenting now too & asking if I've lost weight. Also with all the exercise (swimming, biking, yoga, surfing) I'm sure muscle is building which weighs more than FAT, therefore I'll be smaller but weigh the same or more.
I'm pleased with where I'm at. I'm not a slave to the scale. Now it's motivating because there is progress & a noticeable difference. I truly believe that there comes a point where attitude plays a large role in over all health and well being. I feel like I can almost think myself into burning calories. I'm not following a certain diet or fad, just paying attention to my daily intake & making sure my "bad fat" intake is below 30 grams a day. I eat tons of fruit & veges. You'll see higher fat in my diet calendar, but that is "good fat" from Almonds, Coconut meat, & coconut oil. Life is good! I feel great! Reaching 200 lbs by July will be easy. I've actually lost 28 lbs since December '11. I was 240 on my 49th birthday in November. That's when I made the commitment to be in much better shape @ 50. 200 by July 2012, & possibly 190 by my birthday in November!
This FatSercret website has been awesome for tracking everything & has really kept me motivated. I've turned on several friends to the site & now they're using it too!
