Diario de myhorsesassy, 25 mar. 10

I over ate on bread last night, ugh! I need to figure out what triggers me eating until I hurt or throw up. It is far and few between now days but still, it pops up every once in a while. Maybe it is because bread has been on the "bad" list for so long that my body thinks I wont let myself have any tomorrow when I am hungrier again. Oh well, today is mine, perfect, with no mistakes in it.... yet. Make today the best day of your life :)

wow reading this made me also question myself what are my triggers/ I never thought it worked that way but am sure we all have trigger points that lead us to diffrent foods and over eat.. best of luck in figuering it out and stay positive..

That sounds reasonable. They actually talk about that in the Mindful Eating books. We often tell ourselves "this will never happen again" and then stuff ourselves with what ever forbidden food it is. This sets us up because the "all or nothing" thinking sabotages us into a repeating cycle. I found with myself that telling myself I could have these "forbidden" foods made them less desireable in a way. Knowing I could have what ever I want was an amazing revelation and it stopped the binges. Hope you find your groove with this! :)
