I'm going to switch back to keto next week probably. I don't trust these losses, they don't seem real.
146,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 78,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I would think the losses are real unless you got a new scale that doesn't match up with the previous one.

You've been diligent about logging your food and exercise - trust the scale (for now)... also, you may want to "tape" yourself and keep a separate journal for that - that way when the weight loss slows, the tape measures tell us "why" (i.e. an increase of muscle mass).

I have been using this scale for about 2 weeks, so I guess I can trust it. I guess it just doesn't make sense to me. I don't feel my changes are significant enough to be making the kind of progress the scale is showing.
