So, I finally managed to only eat 2 krackerwheat and no chocolate digestives

We had fajitas for dinner.. I overestimated the Cals at 1/4 total serving, but it was easier than working out 1/8 of a pepper etc. Avoided the tortillas and the rice
New bottle of ACV arrived yesterday.. that normally curbs my appetite a bit.👍👍

Not as hangry today, hopefully my carb cravings are subsiding🤔

Ate WAY too much fat yesterday, but at least it took the edge off my raging hunger and meant I didn't go overboard on carbs. Phew! Yesterday was my hardest day in a LONG time.
Gcse Japanese results today., then taking my daughters out for lunch. Will try to avoid the soda bread and aim for another pound in the jar!
