September 1st is a religious holiday and its best to fast 10 days before then. It's not required but in my religion at least fasting for 2 days is ok. But since I have gained a lot of weight and being the heaviest I have ever been, I decided to fast a few the days. I have a new dress that I bought months ago and I need to lose weight to fit into it. I don't want to buy a new one. 😑
