Wow! One slice of cake and 2 mini twix biscuits with my cuppa. Good job I didn't have bread/roast potatoes/Yorkshires/crackers with my cheese. Probably overestimated cheese portions Enjoyed every minute 😃😃😃 I presume some of the weight gain is water, as it's not like I've eaten thousands f calories, but at least, for once, I can tell why my weight has gone up 😉😉
Back on track. Have set a target to work towards to motivate myself and updated my bio. My hip, back and pelvis pain are really bad after the ceilidh, but I knew they would be... so to cheer myself up, for every day I stay under 25 g carbs I will put a pound in a jar to treat myself on my birthday 🎉
Still have some relatives staying this week, so looking forwards will help me to on track, determined and motivated. Will try to keep up with others journals, slowly catching up after the whirlwind of the last few days.
