Diario de SLLockhart, 29 jul. 17

Well, I don't know if I am eating too much, or just too many carbs.
Today, I am going to watch eating carbs closer, to see if that helps me to go back down.
I know yesterday I did drink my water, so it isn't that.
Maybe too much all together?
We shall see, I am not going off the wagon, not at all. I am in control of this, I am just a bit mad at the scales today, but hey, they do what they are supposed to do. I just need to follow suit.
88,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Thanks ScottH. I am. I know it is a roller coaster for sure. I am strong, and will not give up at the first sign of stress, or the scales not moving. I know when I put on my clothes I am losing. That is proof enough to me. Thanks again.

Are you logging all food? I really don't have a sense of carb intake intuitively. Was relatively LC for 18 mos. yet now seeing that was probably 100g/day. FS gives such accessible insight.

Remember that for every 1 g of carbs you eat (esp. simple carbs), you hold about 3 g water - that can up the scale too.

@Elisaidh&T8Y9, I am trying hard to record all my foods, whether it is good or bad. I did eat Popcorn so that may account my gain. More and more to think and learn about. Thanks all!!

Scale is just a scale. Check how clothes are fitting, measuring, exercise and factor other things into the equation! Keep working it!
