Diario de Coolbreeze, 13 ene. 08

Discouragement is what I experienced this pass week. The beginning of the year I joined Fat secrets. I weighed in and embarked on living healthy. The second week I weighed in I realized that my scale was broken, showing me that I lost a phenomenal amount of weigh, which I knew that I didn't, to be honest with myself.
So I wound up purchasing a new scale that told me that I had actually weighed more! Discouragement set in, I lost it. This past week I did very little to invest in myself and my health. But not all is lost, this week I'm getting back onto the band wagon, because the old saying goes Rome was not built in a day!

111,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 11,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Well, hang in there and don't worry about the scales. Just stay on course daily and you'll get results. Personally, I don't trust the scales. I go by the clothes I wear. When they start feeling loose, then I know I've made progress. I have some jeans that now fall to my ankles when before I had to suck in my gut to zip them up. To me, that's a way more accurate confirmation that I lost weight than what the numbers on a scale says. I wish you well
