Yesterday and today I messed up my diet complitly, eat whatever I felt like eating. In an atempt to get beck on track I start a fast from 5pm today. I try to aim for a full week of fasting and see it it will do doable.
I feel a bit fustrated with myself for letting go of my diet but better to fail and try again then never trying at all
