I didn't eat enough yesterday. The doctor's appointment threw my routine off. He said he thinks the stress from big life changes last year and threw my microbiome off. I am already doing with my diet what he would have recommended I do. He even said that supplemental probiotics are not as complete as probiotics from fermented foods like kombucha and kimchi.
59,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
